4. Transactions
(a) Remittance Transactions: This website facilitates remittance transactions between users. By initiating a transaction, you agree to the terms and conditions applicable to the transaction.
(b) Transaction Fees: You acknowledge that this website may charge fees for remittance transactions, which will be disclosed before you initiate the transaction. By proceeding with the transaction, the user consents to and accepts all displayed fees and charges. There are no hidden fees; all charges are either disclosed at the point of transaction creation or made available through the user’s online account access.
(c) Rabafast may impose minimum and maximum limits on transaction amounts, both on a per-transaction basis and cumulatively over specified time periods (daily, weekly, monthly). These limits are determined at Rabafast’s sole discretion and are subject to change without prior notice to comply with internal risk management protocols, anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, and applicable regulatory requirements.
(d) All transactions are subject to monitoring and may be delayed, suspended, or blocked if flagged under Rabafast’s anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing, or sanctions compliance programs, in accordance with Canadian regulations.
(e) Recipient Information: You are responsible for providing accurate recipient information and ensuring that the recipient is eligible to receive the funds.

8. Complaint Resolution

Rabafast endeavors to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve complaints within 15 business days of receipt. Complex issues requiring additional investigation may take longer, but users will be kept informed of progress.
If the initial resolution is unsatisfactory, users may escalate the complaint to Rabafast's Compliance Officer by emailing compliance@rabafast.com. Final determinations will be provided within a reasonable timeframe, consistent with applicable legal obligations
9. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds for transactions will be reviewed and processed manually upon request. Users seeking a refund must contact Rabafast’s Service Delivery Desk at customerexperience@rabafast.com and provide necessary transaction details for review.
Transactions may be canceled only if they have not yet been fully processed or transmitted to third-party service providers. Once a transaction has been processed or sent for fulfillment, it cannot be canceled. Refund eligibility may depend on transaction status, destination country regulations, and third-party service provider policies. Rabafast reserves the right to request additional information before processing any refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of refund approval
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
(a) Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to any conflict of law principles.
(b) Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the Arbitration Act [SBC 2020] Chapter 2 (British Columbia). The arbitration shall take place in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.
